Technical Requirements

3. Basic size of thread by GB/T196-2003 , thread tolerance by GB/T197-2003 rule. 4. Tube plates using explosive clad plate, titanium layer annealed complex, composite panels to meet NB/T47002.3-2009 standard B1 level of the composite tube plate for ultrasonic testing, the management board was 100% fit, composite panels roughness is not greater than 3mm. 5. Composite blast tube sheet titanium clad plate minimum thickness 8mm. 6. Tube sealing surface after processing the minimum thickness 3mm.
