Technical specification
1.Tubesheet surface should be flat,the flatness should be with ±3mm.
2.The seal surface of tubesheet shall be perpendicular to shell axial. The allowable deviation of perpendicularity to be 0.4mm.
3.The sealsing surface of tubesheet shall be strictly perpendicular to the sealing surface of tubesheet.The allowable deviation of perpendicularity to be 0.06mm. The longitudinal penetration streak on the surface of holes is not permitted.
4.≥96% ligament width shall be no less than 11.02mm.After tubesheet drilling, allowable min ligament width for ≤4% ligament shall be 6.05mm.
5.The unspecified dimension tolerance of machining surface shall comply with GB/T1804-2000,class m unless noted on drawings.
